ABOUT THE AREA: The apartment is located at The Well, on Wellington Street. The central location between Spadina Avenue and Bathurst Street gives on one hand, easy and convenient access to the public transportation with the streetcars 510 and 511 that provide fast commute towards the main subway stations on the north side, distillery district on the east side and the Exhibition on the west side. I am an Italian 30 year-old permanent resident of Canada since 2018. I am full time employed in the construction and architecture industry.
