• 3 Minute Walk to Langara Campus (has a Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Cafeteria, and occasionally food trucks) + a Library.
• 4 Minute Walk to Sunset Community Center
• 7 Minute Walk to Langara Canada Line Station
• 5 minute walk to 49th bus stop (to UBC Campus or Opposite direction to “Metrotown” - the largest mall)
• 5 Min Drive (or 15 min by Transit) to “Superstore” (the best budget friendly Supermarket)
• 2 minute walk to a Jogging/Walking Path (Around the Golf Course) which also has an open field/park

The downstairs suite is shared amongst 2 other individuals (there will be 3 of you total) in their late 20’s to late 30’s (I believe) who have come internationally. We have a mix of people who are social as well as kept to themselves. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of others to blend into our space.
