Hi there! My name is Kara, and I am currently a nursing student. This basement suite is my family’s house and I will be moving into it January 1. I don’t do much cooking and will likely join my family upstairs for most meals, so you’ll be able to use the kitchen quite often if you’d like. I have a 7 year old male labrador who is incredibly friendly. If you have a dog, this house is only a 15 minute drive to McDonald Beach! I spend most of my time studying, being at work /school, or walking my dog, but when I have some free time I enjoy spending it with my friends, snowboarding, hiking, watching movies. I am cannabis friendly, but ask that you use in the backyard just to prevent smells in the house. This is a shoes off inside the house type of space, and if you own a dog I also ask that you wipe their paws off before heading inside, and I’ll do the same.
