About the unit: You would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. The kitchen has some cooking utensils/ pots and pans but space if you’d like to bring more. The unit comes with shared parking. Rent is 1370 for December and 1370 for January. With a 200 key deposit. You can sign on for a lease with the landlord’s starting February 1st at 1270 per month. Pets are welcomed, there is 2 cats currently here. The room will be fully furnished with queen size bed and flat screen tv. Utilities not included
Amenities: There is a gym, basketball court, private theatre, games room, and multiple terraces. The building is across the street from Loblaws LCBO shoppers, the harbour front and King st!
Virtual viewing will be done by FaceTime during this week due to timing. I have a urgent family emergency and unfortunately will had to leave my lease early.
