Bronwyn's room

Hello! I am renting a full 3bd/1.5bath house in chilliwack (near first ave and young rd) with the intention to find two roommates to share it with. It doesn’t have huge bedrooms or bathrooms but has ample storage space, large living room, big fenced back yard, covered big back deck and massive garage / workshop space. I have a cat and dog so if you’re looking with a pet they would have to get along with mine (both are friendly and like both cats and dogs). I’d hopefully want to find people in their 20/30s looking for a place with a friendly but quiet vibe. Rent would be $900-$1100 (utilities and internet included) with opportunity to rent out the garage for yourself for extra. One room is smaller and shares a bathroom with my room ($900) and the other is the master bedroom with its own half bath ($1100).

I’m in my late 20’s looking for somewhere to make feel like home. You would be sharing the house with me(Bronwyn) and my dog(Mavis) and my cat(Toben). I am more of a boardgames and beers kind of person rather than into clubbing or big parties. I am pretty chill and prefer a mixture of friendliness and appreciation for alone time in the home. I am open for who I am looking for as a roommate, but the most important thing to me is that you’re respectful to my home, my pets, and me. Having a comfortable and welcoming home is a must so I want to find someone I click with and who can communicate openly.
