Our quiet House is in a friendly neighbourhood, just between St George Subway station and Spadina Subway station. We are conveniently situated near the University of Toronto, The Royal Ontario Museum, and Casa Loma. Additionally, you will find convenience stores, shops, restaurants cafes, and parks just a short stroll away.

Our spaces are simple and modest nothing fancy but with a warm atmosphere. The snug seating arrangement creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a movie night.

The bedroom, though small in size (full double) exudes tranquillity and furnishings, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Wake up refreshed, ready to embrace each day. It is an old building, the entry is not pretty and you can see the garbage bin when you walk in.

I am offering a private bedroom in two bedrooms one washroom and two two-floor units.

This is a 1300 sq feet, two-bedroom washroom condo. The bedroom has a full double-sized bed and a small closet. It is an open-concept living room with a sofa/kitchen. Includes laundry. Fully loaded kitchen, ….pan and pots, coffee machine, cattle etc

We included with the price housekeeping in the common areas once a week, laundry once a week, bedding, pillows and towels.

We are a professional couple working downtown. I work from home a few days a week and my partner around 4 days a week at a retail store. I do housekeeping once a week so you won’t have to worry about cleaning the common areas I keep my place neat and clean.
