I am looking for ONE FEMALE roommate to share a 3-bedroom 2 bath condo in an amazing location, at Dupont / Christie!

Rent: Between $1800 - $2200 / month + utilities (we can negotiate a fair split… total rent is $3979).

Move in: ASAP! It is available now but also open to a January move-in.

You would get the master bedroom + ensuite bath!

The condo would be shared just between the two us as I am taking the smaller bedroom and using the 3rd bedroom as a workspace.

I am a 34 year old massage therapist from Toronto. I love this particular neighbourhood as it is quiet and green but also close to restaurants, cafes, and groceries. I am a quieter person but enjoy living with others. I am friendly and considerate and like to keep common areas clean. I am also a spiritually oriented person, and it would be a bonus if I found a like-minded person to share this space with :) I like music and dance and nature.
