Megan's room

The house is on four levels (including basement). The room available is on the first floor with a window facing the yard. Utilities are not included but they amount to more or less 60$ per month (water, gas, electricity and internet) for each person. In-house laundry facilities shared by the household. Stove and two fridges shared by all of the roommates. 10 minutes walk away from uOttawa, the O-Train, several stores, cafés and restaurants.

I’ll be moving out mid-December to start my doctoral studies in another city and we are looking for someone to move in late December or the start of January. Women or non-binary/queer persons only. Friendly and welcoming environment. The house is currently shared with four other people, mostly university students. There are three cats as well, although some are going to be moving out soon with their owner. There is the possibility to stay after April 1st with one of the roommates who is staying taking over the lease. It’s ideal for undergraduate or graduate students from uOttawa.
