Kathleen's room

We have a basement bachelor room available for short term 1-2 months. It has a separate entrance accessed through the backyard. One parking spot available. Seeking to rent to single professionals working outside the home.

My husband and have 4 grown children who live elsewhere but come to stay every so often. We have a 4 year old female Foxhound/Beagle who is very friendly and uses the back yard to play. There is a shared laundry facility in the basement. Basement has a kitchenette with, kitchen sink, cupboards, full size fridge, convection oven and microwave. The main floor kitchen has full size oven. The space is furnished with Queen bed, leather love seat, recliner, TV and Desk. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub no shower, toilet and sink.
