This two level modern flat is located in a converted Victorian home on a quiet tree - lined street in the heart Toronto’s south Annex and steps away from Kensigton Market/UofT. You will have your own private bedroom in the lower level of this unique loft style converted Victorian home - there is one shared washroom with shower/tub. My apartment is a positive and safe space, welcome to all and is vegan friendly :)

I am a young professional born + raised in Toronto and am passionate about this City and all it has to offer! My room is on the upper level of the flat and is completely private from the available bedroom. I work from home most of the week and prefer a roommate who is quiet and respectful of the space. I am friendly, courteous and expect the same from guests.
