This main floor of a house is situated in the Mount Royal neighbourhood of Saskatoon. The space features a large kitchen and living area, private laundry on the main floor, and a giant back yard. The house has 4 bedrooms, and I am working to convert the third and fourth into an office and a guest room. Your room is available furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.

We are responsible for paying power and internet for utilities.

I’m a young professional based in Saskatoon, but my work takes me all over the province. I love board games, my dogs, and quality time with friends. You’ll often find me in the kitchen or tending to my plants.

Letty and Luna are my mother-daughter dachshund duo. They love to snuggle and play, and will quickly warm up to be great friends of yours! Unfortunately, with two pets in the home already, the landlord will not approve you bringing any additional pets.
