Freshly reno’d basement suite with cottagecore vibes just a block from Commercial/Broadway skytrain station ^_^ Transit to anywhere in Vancouver with ease, or walk to VCC, Emily Carr U, and Trout Lake. Theres a secret garden type backyard, bountiful fruit trees, a little garden bed for each roommate, and a nice covered patio area outside. Inside is small and cosy, with a 100sf living room and 90sf private room that just opened up. Shared common areas and bathroom with:

-a 30yo queer craftswoman who gets up to various projects (who wants custom bookshelves?)

-her 10yo daughter, who is friendly, respectful, and pretty dang self-sufficient. We have lived together with roommates for years and even the ones who don’t like kids think she is delightful

• and a 20yo Trans-masc theatre kid/youth worker student that is wonderful company and can reach things on the highest shelves for you.

We all like to grow, cook, and share food! Please help us eat cookies and do dishes xD
