COMES WITH ADORABLE DOG. He’s small, hypo allergenic, and will always greet you with a toy! :) There’s coin laundry in the building. Street parking with a permit. And so many food options and cafes around. TTC is close by as well as the UP/GO. This space is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture/ is just moving to the city. However, the bedroom will come unfurnished. Cheap internet (separate from rent price listed). Apartment is a corner unit, quiet with tons of natural light (the photos turned weird when uploading on this site!!)

Hello! My names Brittany, 30, living in Toronto for 6 years now. I moved here to pursue an acting career. I’m very clean and keep a tidy living space. I would say I’m over my partying phase, but don’t mind going out once in awhile. I love to dance, be outside, travel, go to concerts, and kick it back with some tv shows (I GOT A TEXT! iykyk).
