Hey Guys,

Gotta room I’m thinking of renting out in the Scarborough area (Victoria Park & Sheppard) depending on who’s interested.

Shared Kitchen and Bathroom (I’m clean and I won’t eat your shit lol) and rent would include utilities as well as internet (rent is crazy nowadays so please reach out even if you think this is outta your budget).

Transit is really close as is the subway (Don Mills) and most amenities are fairly close as well.

No real age limits however someone that’s obviously working/looking and also someone that I guess clicks with my personality as well.

Don’t have photos (I’m actually at work rn lol) and probably won’t post any but we can work a video call out and I can show you the place.

I work in Retail/Hospitality Management and live by myself. I’m looking for a roommate (long term or short) to move in and possibly take the Master Bedroom which is a little bigger and nicer for someone looking to have their space as well.

Pretty laid back when I’m not working, mostly smoke chronic and have drinks while hanging out at home. Very active in sports and have all my own gym equipment and if you like camping/the outdoors and cycling you might as well just show up at my door. :)

Not looking to rent for financial reasons just looking to see if this would be a good fit (first time) and hopefully it’ll turn into something great!
