Seeking 1 housemate for a big (2000 square foot) beautiful sunny house in North Vancouver, situated on Keith Road midway between Mountain Highway and Grand Boulevard. The suite is spread over three floors, including storage space in the basement downstairs.

• One master bedroom, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom for $1275 plus an additional office space for $300 if interested

• Pet deposit is half a months rent $2100 (if have a pet)

• WiFi, gas, and hydro are on top of that and average to $75 a month over the year.

• Bedroom will be unfurnished, the living room, dining room and kitchen are semi-furnished: there will be room for people to bring some furniture.

• Our kitchen is furnished, but can make room for additional items.

• Beautiful view of the Ironworkers Bridge, East Vancouver and Burnaby from most bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and the large deck on the south side of the house.

• In-suite laundry, lots of street parking, two parking spots in the alley behind the house, and a storage shed for bikes

• Transit: the 232 and 255 both stop directly in front of the house, and the 210 and 209 are an 8-minute walk down the hill.

We are looking for young working professional who will be respectful of this house, clean up after themselves, must be able to communicate with others and are sociable but also appreciate their alone time. Must be vaccinated. Sorry no couples. Must commit to a lease til March 31, 2024. You would be subject to the yearly rent increase for April 1st, 2024.

Caroline has lived here since September 2020, gets along super well with the landlords. She is a 36 year-old registered vet tech. She loves animals, exploring the outdoors on foot or on skis, going to concerts, and just chilling out at home.

Kylie has just moved into the house. She is 36 years old. She is studying an Education/Geography degree while working at Grouse Mtn. She loves to explore the outdoors through surfing, diving, snowboarding and hiking.

Amanda has lived at the house since April 2023. She is a 37 year old Educational Assistant for West Vancouver Schools. She loves to explore the outdoors, go camping and spend time with friends and family.
