About the room
In the heart of Centretown, this house on Bell St is a great place to live!
The room is spacious and private and is right next to a re-modeled bathroom. The house is also completely detached making the house a quiet place to live.
House is also near a large luxury apartment complex which provides a ton of amenities such as a bus stop 2 minutes away and groceries late into the night.
Laundry & Dryer also included in basement.
Looking for someone to move in January 1st! If you need to move in a bit earlier or later we can also make it work. Text me if you’re interested! Full house heating and AC.
About the roomies
There are two other people currently living in the house and we’re awaiting an additional one to move in bringing the total people in the house to 4.
All of them are Male students ages 19 & 22 at Carleton University. Most of us spend our time outside the house on campus.
