i am looking for a roommate to join me in a 2bd 2bath apartment in central canmore from jan 1st till april 30th

you will get your own bedroom and full bathroom, it will be furnished with the basics but you will need to supply your own linens

rent is $1175 + utilities (wifi, electricity, water) and a damage deposit of $1175, you will also need to be approved by peka (and get tenant’s insurance, ~$20/ month)

building perks include: access to the neighbouring hotel’s gym, hot tub and pool, a communal bbq and gas fire pit, a secure mail system and storage unit

we are walking distance to essentials like groceries, banks etc, and downtown. there are lots of trails nearby as well as quick and convenient access to the bus routes within canmore (free) and to banff ($6)

i’m a 28 y/o canadian (female) who currently works in hospitality at a local brewery

i am social and easygoing, enjoy movie nights and the like but i do love my alone time. i have a lot of interests and hobbies that i hop around to, including: fitness, snowboarding (though I don’t have a pass atm), plants, sewing, crochet, personal and professional development, reading, listening to music and podcasts, going for walks, feeding myself, binge watching shows, etc etc.

as a roommate, i am always cleaning up after myself in the kitchen and common spaces and would appreciate if my future roommate does the same. no smokers or vapers please and thank you
