About the room
One bedroom for rent in a shared Victoria character house. 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, laundry, great deck. House is furnished but currently the bedroom available is not (but could be if needed). Great location: One block from Royal Jubilee Hospital; close to UVic, Camosun, downtown (one short bus ride). Our sons and 2 friends and one medium sized doggy currently live there - all great people. All utilities and unlimited wifi included. Bedroom is in basement (2 windows with nice blinds)… bathroom next to bedroom. Currently accepting applications for January 1st or as early as December 15.
About the roomies
Currently our 2 sons (one at uvic, one working) and 2 friends live there. Mid 20’s. All great people. Important that everyone would live harmoniously.
