The east-facing bedroom with a private bath is currently for rent. The room can be unfurnished for $1300 or furnished for $1350.

The building’s garage is managed by a separate company, and currently, currently none available; when available it is $155 plus tax.

The building has a small gym, yoga room, bbq and sun deck. Bedrooms have floor-heating.
