Kyoungsuk's room

There are 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms at my house. Here are 2 rooms to rent. One is on the second floor with own bathroom. The other is at the basement with furnished furniture and private bathroom.

I am living with my son, my friend’s son who are university students and a small dog. This house is a little big to live 3 guys. Thus we are looking for someone friendly, quiet and dog friendly guy.
