I’m looking for someone seeking a spot to live in Windsor Community~ (10 minutes drive to NV campus) I’m moving out by late December and finding someone probably else coming in by January 2024. Short term and long term are both flexible, but longer term may be granted for more discounts.

Preferably, someone who’s comfortable sharing the bathroom and kitchen and living room. Ideally, (I think) it fits a student going to CapU.

Room is well furnished with a bed, a bookshelf, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.

I have my chair and mini shelf also for sale too.

For the new comer: a kitchen and a bathroom will be shared with another female. The living room will be shared with the female and a male (also a tenant, who often shows up for getting a pathway - after his heel gets healed, he’ll likely not pass through). They are not CapU students, but they are both working on their exams sooner.

Bed is queen-sized, which can potentially fit for two people for guest coming over. Outdoor parking spot is available. Hiking view is very impressive.

References are suggested to be displayed. If you’re a new CapU student, you could show your enrollment letter instead later.

I’m not the landlord, so I don’t say about the cost. He’s back to home country now and his friend will be in charge of the duty for room tour and such. I can inform you more details later.

Price is for a suite rather than a shared one, so message me and I’ll let the landlord discuss the price further.

Homestay is another option which is negotiable with the landlord.

No pets or smokes or drugs are the rules from the landlord; no party 10pm-6am.

They both are quite and nice people.
