It’s a furnished room in a house on Bayers Road across from the #1 Bus to Dalhousie. Prefer a male student. Furnished bedroom for an eight-month term (January-August) minimalist student with a shared washroom on the middle-level. $1,150 includes internet and all utilities. Brand new kitchen currently wrapping up from a renovation. You cannot bring pets. I have 3 cats and you must not be allergic and get along with cats. I own the home and live alone. I have 3 older cats who share the house. You cannot be allergic to cats and preferred to have grown up with cats in your household. The house is currently finishing up a kitchen renovation with brand new amenities.
