It’s a very large, unfurnished room [9x15] getting all new flooring in the middle of December. It overlooks Little Lake and is located in downtown Peterborough, Ont. Across the street is Shoppers Drugmart and the apartment is a block from the Bus terminal and Go Bus stop.

$700 rent includes Heat, Hydro internet and 1 parking spot in the underground lot

I’m a 46 year old male who has lived in the apartment for 20 years. I’m very personable and love both animals and the arts. I do smoke cannabis but am not a drinker
