The bedroom is available from Monday the 15th January. The apartment is fully furnished. The available bedroom has a built in wardrobe, a dresser, bed, side table for the bed, regular table, chairs, a desk lamp and a bedside lamp. Bedding and towels can be provided if you don’t have your own. The apartment has a perfect Plateau location. The apartment is on a peaceful stretch of Rivard, just around the corner from metro Laurier. There.are many great cafés, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and boutiques just a five minute walk away on Avenue Mont Royal and Rue St Denis. A super Montreal pied à terre! The living room is huge with a beautiful wood floor. Big sliding door windows, makes for lots of natural light and positive energy in the daytime. There’s lots of artwork, and a grand piano, so the place has lot’s of warmth and charm. The kitchen is well equipped if you are big on cooking.

I’m a busy upbeat guy, with work and music gigs (I perform in a bunch of different bands). I’m also often socializing outside the apartment. Life is a precious gift.
