Welcome to our inviting home in the heart of Innisfil, Ontario. We live in a beautiful neighborhood, conveniently close to shopping, schools, parks, and the beach! Our home hosts an open concept layout that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. We have large windows that provide a ton of natural light, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. We are offering three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a walk-in closets. Two bedrooms share a bathroom while the third boasts its own private bath. We are providing access to share our furnished living and utility areas. As well as our massive yard with privacy. One parking spot per room. We prefer that the two rooms shown are rented together because they share a bathroom. We will accept renting them separately as well. The third room has the full bathroom and walk in closet. We have Immediate availability and look forward to booking a walk through with you.

It is currently just my family of 4 who are living here. My wife and I with our 2 kids. We are very chill and easy going people. We would to share our home with people we feel comfortable having around our two small children.
