This is a 4 bedroom townhouse. The room is furnished with queen size bed, flat screen tv, nightstand, lamp, desk and chair. Room is located on 3rd floor with shared bathroom. You will be sharing this bathroom with another female roommate, who will only use the shower in that bathroom. Shared kitchen and common spaces such as living room, outdoor patio. Garage parking available. We have shopping plaza less than 5 min walking distance, which contains save on foods, dentist, restaurants. It is very transit friendly area and it has few close bus stops. Also it is 15 minutes walking distance from guildford mall and recreational Center with gym, swimming pool and library. It is 10 minutes ride on the bus to skytrain and surrey SFU campus.

You will be sharing this place with young working professional female, who is the owner, her husband who comes to visit couple weekends per month, and another female roommate who is student. We are easygoing, clean and tidy.
