Location: Don Mills and York Mills The location is ideal for students who attend college at the north end ( Lambton/Seneca etc.) It takes around 30 -40 mins to Bloor and Yonge via TTC. There is a bus stop 3 minute walk from the apartment. The night bus also stops at the bus stop. There is a grocery store 10 minutes walk away. Parking available for and additional $100.

Lease Terms: Available immediately. Month to month, with 60 days notice before moving out. First and last month’s rent required. Reference from the previous landlord if possible.

Information about the apartment: This 2 bedroom apartment is spacious. Your room will come with everything in the picture. It also has a cabled internet. The living room and dining room is open concept.The living room is also furnished and has an air conditioner. You can feel free to use whatever you see in the pictures ( weights, Bowflex machine, etc.) There is a large balcony. The apartment is on the 15th floor so the the view is quite nice. There is laundry in the basement.
