Hello! I’ve been staying with a friend in this apartment, but she’s moving out, so I’m looking for someone to try and sign a lease with me! It’s a two bedroom, and I’m already in the smaller one, so the larger one is open to a potential roommate.

It’s a 10ish minute walk to Safeway, Dollarama, and a variety of different restaurants and banks, and it’s also really close to Jasper Ave which is full of neat places to explore. It’s got a lot of public transit nearby; many bus stops and not far from an LRT station. It also has a balcony with a great view!

The building does not allow dogs, and they will charge you $50 per cat.

The other roommate is just me; I’m an English major at the University of Alberta in my second year. I’m reasonably quiet, and I keep up with housework very well. I love baking so if you like sweets, I’m super down to share fresh baked treats! I also spend a lot of my time reading, writing, and drawing.

I have two cats, Theseus and Koba, who are really cute and friendly. Koba especially is a very cuddly small kitten, and Theseus is super chill. He tends to need some time adjusting to a new cat, but he is harmless and very friendly when he warms up.

I’d love to hang out and get to know each other or just co-exist peacefully, whichever one you’d prefer.
