Tamara's room

I am looking to share a large one bedroom apartment with another gentleman. I will set myself up in my bedroom and he can use the living room for himself and we can share the kitchen and the bathroom. I have everything we need except an extra bed and I will buy something to give him privacy from the bathroom and kitchen and he can setup his area however he likes it. We are on the ground floor and can walk outside from the patio door and I’m the summer it’s great. I have wifi and Telus TV and he can use one of my TV’s if he needs it. I’m more than happy to clean the bathroom and kitchen for both of us. I’m easy to get along with, I will have a contract for us to agree to and sign together for all of the little things.

I am a 54 year old woman and I have a one year old puppy miniature pincher. He’s a sweet little dog. He can bark a little bit but I’m very responsible for him. I don’t know how he gets along with cats but I’m sure he will be ok if we go a little slow. He’s been around other dogs and people a lot. I have really nice furniture and I am not sure what I’m going to do with them at this point, as I am just testing the waters to see if I can find someone who I can trust to live with. I’m not working right now, but I always doing something.
