Tatiana's room

** Room available for the summer (from late May - June 2024) in Cabbagetown/Regent Park, downtown Toronto!**

We are looking for a roommate to join our three-bedroom plus office, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Short term, for the summer months with the possibility of an extension into fall. Rent is $1300, inclusive of all utilities and internet.

You’d have your own spacious bedroom (can be furnished or nonfurnished), with closet, and use of all common areas including full kitchen, and in-home washer and dryer. There’s a small yard too, with a BBQ, smoker, and hottub in the summer.

The house is strictly non-smoking, including in the yard.

The neighborhood is very convenient. It’s a short walk to 505, 506, and 65 lines which will get you to the 1 or 2 subway lines quickly. There are loads of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Frescho is 3 minutes walk away for groceries, and there are sports fields, gyms, and community centers nearby for staying active.

The room is available starting from late May or June. Finding the right fit is the most important thing for us, so the start date and end date are flexible.

Ernesto is from Mexico, and Tatiana from Canada. We’re fairly social and like hosting family/friends gatherings and BBQs in warmer months, but most evenings for us are quiet chilling at home and watching TV after work. Cleanliness in common areas is very important to us. We are lovers of wine, travel, good steak, the TSO, Mirvish Theatres, Modern Family, and Murdoch Mysteries.

We also have a dog, Riley, and cannot have cats in the house.
