Room available Jan 1st. Looking for a new housemate, the house itself is a 3 bed 3 bathroom town house, it’s inside a gated community so the outdoor patio area is shared with a few other houses & apartments.

The room itself is the largest of the 3 and is a master ensuite with a walk in closet as well. AC in all the rooms, in-house laundry, nice living room and open plan kitchen and security on site / reception. There is also a gym which is included and we are able to rent a car parking space in the underground car park.

OFFERING: one bedroom (with ensuite) rental in a townhouse with 2 other roommates. (House, not bedroom is furnished). 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. PRICE: $1400/month + utilities. LOCATION: Beside Trinity Bellwoods Park (Queen and Walnut Ave)

You’d be moving in with myself & the other housemate Daphne, both us are 28, I work in a biology lab and Daphne is an environmental consultant. We’re are pretty social and usually go out on weekends, friends are often over during the week but house is quiet after 11 pm. Daphne is gay and is heavily involved in the queer community. We’re looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle and schedule.
