One room available in a cute and cozy three bedroom off of pins on hotel de ville! It would be a sublet situation until May, and from there you can decide to renew the lease or not. The landlord is pretty unresponsive, and there are some things around the apartment that need repairing. I am happy to help you deal with him.

As of now you would be living with Emily, coming to Montreal next semester for a software engineering internship! She will be out of the house during business hours and likes to keep a clean space, reading and baking in her free time. This bedroom, as well as the third are in the process of being filled.
