We are looking for a sublet from Jan 1st - End of August 2024, extension for the full year to end of Dec 2023 possible. Located in Carlington, we are a quick 10 minute walk to the experimental farm path, and the 53 bus stop is located a few steps down the street which goes straight to tunneys pasture. Carleton and Algonquin are a quick commute as well. Lots or restaurants and grocery stores are nearby as well. The room has nice bright lighting and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk and dresser and is right next to the shared bathroom with 1 other person.

The rent is $800 all inclusive with utilities and wifi included. Street parking only available. The kitchen is fully stocked and furnished (pots, pans, plates, bowls etc.) Laundry in basement with small deep freezer.

We are hoping to find a roommate who is also a full time worker or full time student. I am a recent grad soon to be starting my career, and my roommate Caitlin works full time. Another perk of living with us is my extremely friendly ginger cat Monty. At this time, we aren’t open to more pets except for maybe another cat! We are very LGBTQ+ friendly and would love to live with someone from the community
