Newly renovated furnished bedrooms available for rent! 4 bedrooms to choose from. All bedrooms have spacious closets. Price for single person bedroom $1000. 2 rooms can accomodate 2 people (one has a king bed and 1 has a queen bed).
Laundry is on the second floor. There is a shared bathroom with 2 vanities. Kitchen and living/dining area are shared as well.
House is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and coffee bars on Speers rd and a pleasant walk to downtown Oakville. Groceries is walking distance away as well as Trafalgar GO station (1 bus stop away) and Sheridan College (20 min public transportation).
Parking could be arranged with neighbors for additional fee.
Utilities are shared 20% per bedroom (gas, hydro, internet).
