Looking for someone to take over one room in my two bedroom apartment in La Plateau. Apartment is fully furnished, and has A/C and in-suite laundry. The room currently includes a Queen sized bed, though a single bed is also available if you would prefer that. Rent would be $850 a month plus utilities. Deposit is to cover furniture.

I am a quiet and clean graduate student studying McGill. I enjoy movies, exploring the city, and board games. Definitely looking for someone who is okay hanging out from time to time, but also respectful of private space.
