I am looking for a lady to takeover my lease from the 1st of January to August 2024. Preferred roommate should be a young lady, student or professional, who is responsible, clean and nice.

The house is fully furnished and your room is furnished with a bed and bedside drawer. You can buy my dresser in the video for $40.

Your prospective roommates are all students/professionals, so no one will ever be in your way. You will share a bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. The rent is $800 per month inclusive of all utilities- internet, heating, hot water and electricity. Coin operated laundry is also available in unit.

The house is situated in a very central location on Oxford, right by Quinpool and close to many amenities. The bus 1 and 24 run right by the house, the bus point is one minute away and the 9s run on Quinpool about two minutes away.

The roommates are all young girls between 20 and 27 and are all students/professionals. They are pretty chill but also responsible and that is why the new roommate must also be. Guests are allowed but you must not inconvenience your roommates with your guests.
