There are other 2 rooms. Room 1: We (Landlord) stay with a toddler with their own private bathroom. Room 2: Downstairs-Private room- Working professional, very quiet works. We hardly see him since he is either at work mid night or sleep. Do not cook. Just use washroom. Room 3: We are looking for a room mate/tenant for our 3rd bedroom. This room is on the upper floor same as room 1 level. Washroom is just outside the bedroom.
