Clean, comfortable, quiet, furnished, all inclusive, non-smoking rooms available in a multicultural and all inclusive, christian family oriented environment, for ladies shared with other ladies, located in family friendly Moncton Hospital neighbourhood.

The home is in walking distance to Moncton Hospital, NBCC, George Dumont Hospital, Université De Moncton, bus stop, plaza and amenities. Easy access to Crandall University and other post secondary institutions by Codiac Transpo.

Heat, Lights, Water, WiFi, Washer & Dryer, furniture, is provided.

The idea lady must be clean, quite, responsible, considerate of fellow housemates, and respectful of rules, including however not limited to: cleaning common areas following use, maintaining a scent free environment, and quite time.

Preference is given to a lady who is completing 1 or more years of study, and/or work placement, and are engaged in full time studies and/or work, hospital workers, and requires long term accommodations.

Rooms are not suitable for men, couples, children, ladies working from home, pets, or smokers.

Rooms start at $575 for a semi-private dormitory shared with 1 other lady, private rooms start at $625, several rooms available.

A applicantion, proof of income, document verification, verification of admission into post-secondary studies and employment, first month rent, security deposit, and minimum annual agreement are required to secure accommodations.

Month to month agreement is not available. However I will consider a fixed term lease based upon need for post secondary studies and/or work placement.

Several rooms are available for ladies, shared with other ladies for immediate occupancy.
