2 year old building in South Surrey, close to shops, transit and White Rock Pier.

Hello all, I am removing this listing due to what I consider to be shady applicant behaviours. I’ve shown this room and came to find out that one individual who viewed this immaculate listing, is telling other individuals NOT to rent it. It’s a brand new building! Another complaint was that the private bathroom is not an ensuite. I’m shaking my head over this as apparently your very own bathroom isn’t good enough!!! Good luck to you all genuine people, I know how tough it is to find reasonably priced housing or any housing all together. My sincerest best wishes
