Available January 1st $850/month, utilities included. Room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and side table.

There is one shared bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you need as well as a small dining area. Living room has a good-sized tv and comfy couches to relax in. Outside there’s a great fenced backyard, a large shared front yard, and small gardens starting. It is pet friendly but we already have 2 dogs living here so unfortunately we can’t accommodate any more pets Plenty of car parking on the street. Walking distance to bus stops, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and other small shops. Its about a 10-15min drive to downtown.

About us: There’s 3 of us living here right now, ages ranging from 22-35 (2 girls & 1 guy) As well as 2 dogs! (Harvey & Oz) We’re working and for the most part we’re pretty social haha An ideal roommate would be someone easy-going, friendly, respectful, responsible, willing to share the cleaning responsibilities, and okay living with some crazy dogs
