About the property: 2 Bed 2 Bath, unfurnished but there is a shared couch/tv, the suite has a washer/dryer and dishwasher, and if needed there is an area in the living room where a desk could live if you’d prefer more space in your bedroom. I go to UVic and the commute isn’t terrible (on the 8,9, & 11 bus routes) it’s close to uptown, tillicum, and the gorge health centre. The building is right next to the waterway and has nearby parks and a community garden. There is also a hot tub and pool, plus a sauna and tennis courts.

About you: Female preferred, unfortunately no pets. Ideally moderately quiet and clean. (The house will be cleaner than in the photos, I’m currently still unpacking) If you drive there is street parking and the potential to rent a spot, water is included but internet and heat are additional.
