East Liberty Street

Beautiful master bedroom + ensuite is available in the heart of Liberty Village, with a nice view and balcony space. The floor layout allows space between the 2 private rooms with the kitchen and living area in the middle. Bike locker available + storage unit, but no parking spot. Amenities of the building include a billiards/movie room, library/quiet room, indoor gym, outdoor barbeques, and a large party room that can be booked out. Location is great, and is right across from convenience stores, dry cleaners, bars/restaurants, and a 1 min walk from a metro grocery store!

I am the only other tenant living in the condo, and I am allowing the new subtenant to take the master suite! I am an easygoing guy and can be slightly introverted, but I promise I’m friendly. I don’t have too many rules other than respecting the space, locking up, and cleaning up after ourselves, especially in the kitchen area. I am also a creative individual who might be in my room working on something like music or auditioning for acting roles at times but will try to not be too loud if doing so. I generally don’t party inside the condo but might have friends over for a movie night/hang from time to time, however, I should note my girlfriend does come by at most 3 times a week and may stay the night. I let friends crash on the couch too if they are traveling from far but that’s pretty rare. I am also open to going to the bar or grabbing a bite together now and again. Looking forward to meeting someone!
