Location: A block and a half from Broadway, with great neighborhood vibes. There is a little bodega convenience store nearby.

Rent: $612.50 a month

Energy: $35 a month

Internet: $22 a month

TOTAL: $669.50 a month

Optional: Kitty = $17.50 a month extra

Your choice of a bigger or smaller bedroom (I’m currently in the bigger one, but I’m not too picky). We have a dishwasher in-suite. There are laundry machines on-site (requires card loading). I have Basic internet at 8Mbps download speeds. There is a parking spot (with electricity) available for you.

Note: No elevator; we’re on the top floor.

About Me:

I recently lost my job as a Bud-tender and am on social assistance for December but actively looking for work. I love the internet, appreciate a good joint or bowl, and delve into metaphysics, spirituality, philosophy, animation, and video games (especially Magic the Gathering and Baldur’s Gate 3). I have a kitty named Bella; she must be treated well. I also am LGBTQ+ friendly and supportive of all marginalized groups. I can be up at weird hours sometimes but will always respect noise and sleep for any work or school stuff. I love digital music, creating music, and making art; if you do too, that would be amazing.

House Dynamics:

No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. I occasionally use a hot bathtub for IBS symptoms. Your food is your own, but we’re open to cooking or budgeting meals together. Cleaning happens whenever, with a major cleaning session once a week usually.

Roommate Expectations: January 1st move-in. Application, proof of income, and photo ID required. You, me, and my sister will sign an ‘occupant addition and release form.’ Lease ends on June 1st, 2024. We can discuss renewal plans ASAP. I don’t have a bunch of furniture, mostly due to it being the top floor. So feel free to bring whatever furniture you like.

About You: Prefer someone who loves the internet, cannabis, is relatively clean, and loves cats. All sexes and genders welcome. I am a 39-year-old queer-cis-straight male if it helps you tune your vibes. Willing to vibe and be somewhat friendly to each other. I’d love to work at a healthy happy home life.
