About the room
Beautiful, cozy home. Lots of crystals and good energy. Excellent location, next to Lambrick Park. There is also Gordon Head rec center, which has a gym pool and sauna. The room is furnished and has a very comfy queen mattress, and upon request a TV can be mounted on the wall. The home has lots of plants and greenery, it’s very cozy and there is an electric fireplace in the living room. I greatly value cleanlinessand and everyone doing there part around the house. I also have a maid come in every other week to keep the home in tiptop shape.
Ideally I would appreciate a student or working. I tend to keep to myself and would appreciate the same nature.
Room will be available March 1st.
Not for couples or additional pets.
About the roomies
Myself and Peter whom is away working most of the time and has his own washroom. The other washroom would be shared with myself, I am a student and I also I’m a business owner.
