Jamey's room

Bedroom available in a 3-bed, 1-bath character home which is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and Harbour Quay in Port Alberni. All 3 bedrooms and the one shared bathroom are on the top floor of the house, main floor has kitchen, living room and dining room. There is also an unfinished basement with plenty of storage space and laundry room. There is a large contained yard with parking off the alley as well as in front of the house on the street. I have a large vegetable garden that provides plenty of goodies in the summer :)

I am a female in my mid-30’s and am the only other occupant. I do have a dog (3-year old Australian shepherd) and two very friendly indoor/outdoor cats. I work from home Monday-Friday and tend to have fairly quiet weekdays, but I do enjoy a social house on the weekends (dinners, patio drinks, games nights etc). I am looking for someone compatible to share my space with
