Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Home located only 2 km from the hospital in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach.

You would get your own floor which has a loft style bedroom with its own air conditioner and heater. Two small hallways on either side of the stairs for storage or dresser/seating. You have your own private full bathroom on your floor. Living room, kitchen and laundry on the first floor. All utilities including internet paid for.

Must be okay with kids and pets as there is a cat and a pom puppy. Cat may be considered for the right person.
