Hi, I’m Kat! My friend Sabrina and I have two bedrooms in a three-bedroom basement apartment. Our third roommate is moving out, and we’re looking for someone to fill the spot.

We’re both science majors, currently in our second year. We’re quiet at night time but like to socialize in the evenings. We never have parties at the house.

More comments:

• The house is in a great location! The bus routes 1, 2, 8, 15, 17, 18, and 50U all come to stops within a couple minutes’ walk. It’s a 7min bus ride to campus and a 5-10min ride to various grocery stores. It’s walking distance from Stone Road Mall.
• Downstairs and upstairs units are completely separate: they cannot access our space.
• The house was completely gutted and renovated last year. Renovations were completed in April before we moved in. So everything’s new and in great condition.
• Appliances included: Stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/induction stove, microwave, fridge/freezer.
• We also have a water softener.
• We have a small yard but aren’t responsible for maintaining it.

After we’ve found someone we will introduce you to the landlord (Andrew) to sign the lease. Andrew is always responsive if anything comes up.

Also, utilities are approximately $50/mo, and we split internet with the four people in the upstairs unit, which works out to about $11/mo.

I’m a second year environmental science major and Sabrina is a second year food science major. We both spend most evenings studying but we’ll sometimes hang out in our common space (so long as it isn’t bothering anyone!) and I also occasionally like to go out.
