I am living alone in a 1bedroom new constructed apartment and fully furnished with a great view over the whole Vancouver. I am very clean man, working most of the time at home on my desk near kitchen. no private / separate room. so it is all shared. there is a large cinematic TV in the living room. large balcony with a beautifully outdoor furniture and barbeques equipped.

I am looking for a clean and trustable female roommate who doesn’t have problem with sharing a room.
