• Price: $1700 a month, with all utilities included except the monthly hydro bill and internet bill (beanfield).
• Location: Liberty Village! King and Dufferin is closest major intersection, but we are closer to King and Strachan.
• Rental Terms:  * Off-lease roommate – Rent will be paid to Nick Amirkhani (myself). There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA. * Looking for a year-long contract for the sublease.

• Rent Control:  * Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

Hi Roomies!! My roommate is moving out in the new year and I am looking for someone to take over the master bedroom (w/ walking and ensuite) in my Liberty Village condo.

A bit about me:

• I can be introverted and keep to myself in my room, but I promise I’m a nice and easy going guy who is respectful of the space
• I like working on creative projects in my spare time like music or acting when I am not working at my WFH job for TELUS
• I like cats and am totally fine with you bringing small pets such as a cat as long as you can look after it yourself
• I have a gf who likes to come over a few times a week but we are pretty quiet and keep things respectful, and I’m sure we can all get along
• I like trying new hobbies in my free time and have tried muay Thai and played soccer in the past, but generally like travelling and working on creative projects in my free time
• Looking for a young professional to take the other half of the condo in general and am super down to grab a bite to eat or drink every now and then, or just explore the city together :) (bonus points if you’re in the arts or creative scene somehow)
