14’ x 10’ room with 2’ x 6’ closet. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room that we like to clean weekly. Plenty of storage outside the room as well.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and has all the essentials. In building coin laundry. Main floor of a triplex with friendly neighbors.

5 minute walk to grocery stores. 10 minute walk to Lincoln Fields and just 5 minute walk to Carling and the 57 and 85 bus lines. Close to brittania beach and bike and walking paths.

One parking space available if need be.

We live in a 3 bedroom apartment and are looking for a third roommate. We are two early twenties guys. I work in home building and my roommate works downtown.

We like to keep things clean and have a cleaning schedule to clean the common spaces weekly. I like to cook and am happy to share sometimes.

We are pretty quiet but will have a person or two over occasionally on weekends. You are more than welcome to have guests over whenever as long as they are respectful. We enjoy hanging out in the living room sometimes on weekends or evenings and watching sports, movies or playing games but are never too loud. We are looking for someone friendly who would be open to joining us occasionally and won’t just be locked up in their room all of the time.

Looking for someone who is respectful and chill and who we can communicate with. We don’t have any pets but if you have a cat we wouldn’t mind at all. We’re pretty easy going and accommodating. We don’t smoke anything but are fine with vapers or smokers as long as they are considerate.

Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, sheets, covers and pillows. Has desk and bedside table. Has dresser closet and under bed drawers.for storage. The rest of the house is furnished as well and kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes. Bills not included but on average are between 90 and 60 per month everything included. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. We are on a year lease but hope to renew it next September. Open to short term or long term renting.
